Tanya is a Family Physician specializing Integrative Medicine and Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine  , as well as a Certified Wellness & Lifestyle Empowerment Coach, Lactation Consultant, Motivational Speaker and Author.

She has dedicated her career to helping people feel their best in their bodies so they can live happy, healthy and free lives.

She advocates a holistic approach to well-being, incorporating mind, body, spirit practices so people can connect more deeply to themselves and their truth.

A graduate of the University of the West Indies, she has spent the past 23 years in Private Practice, using a holistic approach to teach her patients how to care for themselves, respect the choices they make and remain attuned to what they can do heal their lives.

She holds an Integrative Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and a certification under Gabrielle Bernstein’s Level 1 and 2 Spirit Junkie Master Class.

She is Board Certified in Anti-Aging, Regenerative , Metabolic  and Nutritional Medicine and is currently pursuing a Degree in Complementary Medicine.

Despite her professional success, she feels her most important role has been as a wife and mother of 3.

She lives her message of optimum health and wellness by eating clean, and enjoys running, yoga and Barre exercises.

Tanya is a Family Physician, Certified Wellness and  Lifestyle Empowerment Coach, Lactation Consultant, Motivational Speaker and Author.

After 22 years of practicing traditional Western medicine, she felt a burning desire to offer more to her patients and attained her Integrative Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as a certification under Gabby Bernstein’s Level 1 and 2 Spirit Junkie Masterclass

She is Board Certified in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, Metabolic and Nutritional  Medicine and is currently pursuing a Degree in Complementary Medicine.

With her unique blend of Western medicine, Lifestyle coaching and Integrative health, she has distinguished herself as a Women’s Wellness Warrior.

She believes strongly that integrating health of body, mind and spirit is the key towards achieving optimal wellness.

She has served as President of the St. Lucia Medical and Dental Association, Secretary of the Caribbean College of Family Physicians,  Chair of the Board of the International School of St. Lucia, and also served as a Consultant to UNICEF in their Friendly Hospital Initiative

She presents workshops in St. Lucia, Florida and online, and is a regular contributor to Business Focus and She Caribbean.

She has been featured on the Huffington Post, Lissa Rankin’s Owning Pink website,Thrive Global  as well as several popular podcasts, including EOFire with John Lee Dumas.

She is a published author and has contributed to the books 365 Moments of Grace and 365 Life Shifts.
